Documentation

General business liability insurance covering a minimum of $2 million is required to use the DMZ NYC space. This is to ensure founders are covered for anything that might be damaged when it comes to their personal belongings or equipment in case of a leak, fire etc. Furthermore, it's also to cover third party injuries to their employees, guests, or themself while in the space.
